The Department of Employment and Economic Development reports that despite the rocky economic climate in the nation, Minnesota’s unemployment rate has barely fluctuated over the past few years and has remained slightly below that of the national unemployment rate. This fact, combined with the high standards when it comes to work ethic and education makes Minnesota a promising place to find employment.
